Each Shamanic Healing session is a sacred co-creation between your soul, your guides, and the Divine. It unfolds in four phases:
1. Setting the Intention
We begin with a grounded, heart-centered conversation where you share your emotional, physical, or spiritual concerns. Together, we clarify the intention that will anchor the healing and open the sacred field.
2. Healing Ceremony
Miriam calls in the seven directions, your Higher Self, your soul’s team, and the energies of the Akasha. With the use of sacred tools — such as the rattle — she enters an altered state of consciousness, where she receives guidance and performs energetic work. This may include soul retrievals, ancestral healing, removal of outdated soul contracts or entities, karmic release, energy restoration, and messages from guides, angels, or loved ones in Spirit. All of this is shared aloud in real time, creating a transparent bridge between the seen and unseen realms.
3. Debrief & Integration
Following the energy work, Miriam brings you back gently to center. You’ll have space to reflect, ask questions, and receive direct insight into what shifted and what wants to emerge. Sessions are recorded so you can revisit the wisdom and integrate the transformation in your own time.
4. Post-Session Support
In your debrief, Miriam will discuss personalized integration recommendations given the work that was completed. You will also receive a follow-up email with guidance and suggested self-care tools to support your ongoing healing, grounding, and expansion.
