Miriam J. Katz is a shamanic healer and teacher who channels Divine energies to release emotional, physical, energetic and spiritual blocks to joy and fulfillment. Since 2009, Miriam has assisted clients to cast off restraints and become more powerful, freer versions of themselves.

Miriam co-founded the School of Goddess Shamanism through which she teaches the practice of divine embodiment and priestessing. She also co-founded the School of Hebrew Shamanism, through which she teaches about the shamanic roots and tools of the ancient Israelites. Miriam is an initiated Altomesayok, carrying the lineage of master shamans in the Andean Q'ero tradition. She is a certified teacher of Jaguar Yoga, an infusion of yoga and Peruvian Shamanism, and completed an advanced apprenticeship in Core Shamanism with Tracey Forest. Miriam was certified as a Professional Coach in 2009 through iPEC, the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching. She is a certified Usui Reiki Master and Kundalini Reiki Master who has practiced energy healing since 2003. A member of the Society of Shamanic Practitioners and Energy Medicine Professional Association, she received her BA in Psychology and Jewish Studies from Clark University, and an MBA in Public and Nonprofit Management from Boston University.

In Hebrew, Miriam means “to raise up.” A passion of hers is to restore ancient, earth-based, mystical practices. Miriam offers classes in Hebrew Shamanism, empowering seekers from all backgrounds to tap in to the deep shamanic roots and transformational tools of the ancient Hebrews. |
