Open Your Heart... Chakra

Our hearts sustain us physiologically, pumping life-giving blood and oxygen throughout the body. Energetically, the heart has long been viewed as the place from which love flows. Now science is expanding our picture of what the heart is capable of.

According to the HeartMath Institute,
